Provider aliases
Attach your Anthropic, OpenAI, or Cursor organization ID so its usage is linked to your Tokenize workspace.
A provider alias records that an organization at Anthropic, OpenAI, or Cursor belongs to your Tokenize workspace. Attaching an alias links that provider organization's usage to your workspace.
Who can do this: Admins.
An alias is a label, not a credential. It doesn't connect the provider, grant anyone access, or change where your devices send data. To pull usage from a provider, connect it in Settings → Providers. See Connect Anthropic, Connect OpenAI, or Connect Cursor.
Attach an alias
- Go to Settings → Provider aliases.
- Under Provider, choose Anthropic, OpenAI / Codex, or Cursor.
- Enter the Provider organization ID, up to 255 characters. Copy it exactly as the provider shows it.
- Click Attach alias.
The alias appears in the table with its provider and ID.
Each provider organization ID can belong to only one Tokenize workspace. If another workspace already claimed the ID, you see an error and the alias isn't attached. If you think the ID is yours, contact your Tokenize account team.
Detaching aliases
You can't detach an alias right now. The page shows "Detaching aliases is unavailable while we update past usage data," and each alias shows Detach unavailable. If you attached the wrong ID, contact your Tokenize account team.
Troubleshooting
- "Enter a provider organization ID." The ID field is empty. Paste the ID and try again.
- "Use a provider organization ID with 255 characters or fewer." Check that you copied only the ID.
- "Couldn't load provider aliases. Refresh the page to try again." Refresh the page.
- "Ask a workspace admin for access to manage provider aliases." Your role can't change aliases. Ask an admin.
