Create your workspace
Sign up for Tokenize, name your organization, and connect your first AI provider.
Your workspace is the organization in Tokenize that your team's AI usage rolls up under. Setup takes two short steps after you sign up, and you can come back to anything you skip.
Who can do this: Anyone can sign up. The person who creates the workspace becomes its first Admin.
- Go to https://app.tokenizehq.com and sign up with your work email.
- On Create your workspace, enter your organization's name and create it.
Tokenize then takes you to the first setup step.
Set up your workspace
On Set up your workspace:
- Click Upload logo to add your organization's logo (optional). Use a PNG or JPG at least 128×128.
- Check the Organization name. This is the name your team sees in Tokenize.
- Enter your Company email domain (optional), for example
company.com. Tokenize uses it to decide who can enroll a computer into your workspace when they sign in to the desktop app. Leave it blank if your team uses more than one domain or you'd rather manage access another way. - Click Continue.
If you see "Enter a valid domain, such as company.com.", remove anything that isn't the domain itself, such as https:// or a path.
Connect your AI stack
On Connect your AI stack, you see a card for each provider Tokenize can read usage from: Anthropic, Cursor, OpenAI, and OpenRouter.
- Click Connect on a provider card.
- Paste the provider's admin or management key and click Save connection. Tokenize checks the key's access before it saves it.
- When the card shows Connected, click Continue.
Continue stays disabled until at least one provider is connected. If you don't have a provider key yet, click I'll do this later. You go straight to your dashboard, and you can connect providers any time from Settings → Providers.
For what each provider needs, see Connect Anthropic, Connect OpenAI, Connect Cursor, and Connect OpenRouter.
Connecting your first provider starts your 14-day free trial.
What to do next
After setup, the Get started checklist in the sidebar shows the remaining tasks: setting up Cowork OTel, connecting the rest of your providers, inviting your team, and rolling out the desktop app.
If something goes wrong
If you see "We couldn't prepare your workspace", Tokenize couldn't confirm your workspace connection, so it paused setup before making changes. Click Try again.
If you see "You're already set up", your organization already has data coming in. Click Go to dashboard.
