Invite your team

Add people to your Tokenize workspace from Settings, choose their role, and manage existing members.

Invite the people who should see Tokenize. Each person signs in with their own account, and what they see depends on their role.

Who can do this: Admins.

Send an invitation

  1. Go to Settings → Organization and open the Members tab.
  2. Click Invite.
  3. Enter one or more email addresses.
  4. Choose a role for the people you're inviting: Admin or Member. See Roles and permissions for what each role can do.
  5. Send the invitations.

Each person gets an email invitation. When they accept and sign in, they join your workspace. Members land on My Usage, which shows their own AI usage. Admins land on the organization Overview.

The Invite team task in the Get started checklist is marked done once your workspace has more than one member.

Manage existing members

From the same Members tab you can:

  • See everyone in the workspace and their role.
  • See and revoke pending invitations.
  • Change a member's role.
  • Remove someone from the workspace.

There's no separate Manager role to assign. People become managers in Tokenize when your directory shows they have direct reports. See Roles and permissions.

Get each person's usage reporting

Inviting someone gives them access to the dashboard. To see their sessions, tools, and per-person detail, they also need the Tokenize desktop app on their computer. They can install it themselves (Install Tokenize on your computer), or you can deploy it to everyone at once (Deploy with MDM).

Larger teams

If you have more than a handful of people, invite them through your identity provider instead of one by one. With SSO and directory sync, people sign in with your company's identity provider, and Tokenize syncs users, teams, and managers from it. Deactivating someone there blocks their sign-in and revokes their device keys. See Set up SSO and directory sync.
