View users and efficiency
Compare people's AI usage on the Users page, read the Efficiency Matrix, and open a user's profile.
The Users page shows who is using AI, how much, and how efficiently. Click anyone to open their profile.
Who can see this: Admins. Other roles don't see this page. See Roles and permissions.
Filters and stats
Use the filters in the top right to pick a team and a range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days.
The stats at the top show:
- Enrolled users, people with the desktop app enrolled.
- Active users, people with activity in the range.
- Total Spend and Tokens Used for those people.
List
A table of every active user with User, Team, Tokens, and Spend. Click a row to open that person's profile for the same range.
Efficiency Matrix
Each person appears as an avatar on a chart. Further right means higher spend. Higher up means more efficient. Tokenize rates each person Very Efficient, Efficient, Inefficient, or Very Inefficient based on patterns in how they use AI.
Click an avatar to see the person's rating, their spend in the range and this month, their tokens, and badges for patterns found in their sessions, with how many sessions each applies to.
The Efficiency Matrix uses organization-wide data, so only Admins can load it.
User profiles
A profile shows one person's usage for the selected range. Change the range in the top right.
The top of the profile has an activity chart. Below it, Admins also see two lists:
- Going well lists what the person does efficiently.
- Needs improvement lists where they could do better.
Click an item to see What this means, Keep doing this or What to do, and how the person compares with others.
The Overview panel on the right shows Tools (the AI tools they used), Spend, Tokens used, and Sessions.
The profile tabs are:

| Top Cost | Their most expensive sessions in the range. |
| Recent | Their sessions that are no longer active. |
| Active | Their sessions with activity in the last 15 minutes. |
| Types of Work | The workflows their sessions belong to. See Browse sessions and workflows. |
| Engineering | Code output, such as lines changed, commits, and pull requests. |
| Skills | Skills they used, by Surface, with Sessions and Last used. |
| MCP Servers | MCP servers they connected to, with Connections, Failures, and Last seen. |
Each person can see the same view of their own usage in My Usage.
Troubleshooting
"User not found." on a profile. The person has no activity in the selected range, or they're outside what your role can see. Try a longer range.
Someone is missing from the list. The list only includes people with activity in the range. Someone who enrolled the desktop app but hasn't used an AI tool yet counts toward Enrolled users only.
