See your own usage

Use My Usage to see your own AI spend, tokens, sessions, and the kinds of work you do with AI.

My Usage shows your own AI usage across every tool Tokenize tracks for you. It's where Members land when they sign in, and everyone can open it from the sidebar.

Who can see this: Everyone. You only ever see your own data here.

What's on the page

Pick a range in the top right: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days.

  • Activity chart. Your daily cost, with a 7-day average line. Hover over a day for its Cost and Sessions.
  • Overview panel. Tools (the AI tools you used), Spend, Tokens used, and Sessions, with the number of requests under the session count.

Below the chart are these tabs:

TabWhat it shows
Top CostYour most expensive sessions in the range.
RecentYour sessions that are no longer active.
ActiveYour sessions with activity in the last 15 minutes.
Types of WorkThe workflows your sessions belong to, such as a recurring task you do with AI.
EngineeringYour code output, such as lines changed, commits, and pull requests.
SkillsSkills you used, with Sessions and Last used.
MCP ServersMCP servers you connected to, with Connections, Failures, and Last seen.

Click a session to see its cost by model, the facts about the session, and a timeline of what happened. See Browse sessions and workflows.

To see what your spend figures mean, including "Unpriced" and amounts like "$4.20+", see How cost is calculated.

If your page is empty

If nothing has reported for you in the selected range and no desktop app is enrolled for you, the page says "Nothing has reported for you in the last 30 days. Install the shipper on this computer to see your own usage here." (with your selected range in place of 30 days). It then shows install steps for your computer. Follow them, or see Install Tokenize on your computer.

If you've already installed the desktop app, the page shows your usage view even when it's empty. Data appears after you use an AI tool. If it still doesn't show up, try a longer range, then see Troubleshoot the desktop app.

Some usage comes from your organization's provider connections rather than your computer. If your Admin has connected a provider, that usage can appear here without the desktop app.
